So if the leader is one who inspires people around him then all the people inspire all the others in some or the other way every day..
If you do not think the above statement or sentence is convincing, you can actulally have a possibiltiy or probability of getting that to be true..
Why someone who is called a leader is really special ? what is his speciality?
According to me,no one is actually a leader..a leader is not the one who is brainy,nor the person who has some great body can be called a leader. All the people can be leaders if they are able to satisfy or meet one silly stupid condition..Let me tell you the condition..

My question is why people have to follow a person actually does he a great preacher?? If he is a god preacher then he is a good teacher but not a good leader…
now the question is Is there something like a good leader or Bad leader???
For me,the answer is yes and the reasoning is pretty simple..
Good leader is a leader is who heads good people and thus bring the good out of his every follower..Bad leader is the one who is actually a person,who is quite opposite to the good leader….

I think and support this question by saying that..” every person has his/her own emotions and feelings and as a result have some thoughts on some issue and also have the ability to decide what is right and wrong based on the circumstance…
There should be something called a unifying factor to unite or group people of same opinion and for that there should be a platform..and the person who initiates or actually creates this platform is called the leader to me….
And that person is also the person responsible who actually is sensitive and responds to the issues coming his way…
So I can say there is nothing called a leader and there is no leader because,a leader doesn’t create his followers..his followers follow him and call him a leader….

He cannot be called a leader for himself..when you say or call a person a leader there should be something called leader of a ‘group’…
That is what I feel about a leader….. so, to me leader is a normal person and he can only be a leader if people follow him…
So I say NO LEADER…NO ONE IS A LEADER… for himself…
And the most important thing is you don not know who can be or become a leader..
